Shipping and Returns
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75!
- We offer Standard USPS Priority Mail shipping to USA shipping destinations on orders of $75 or more.
- For orders less than $75.00, shipping is only $5.00!
- Following payment authorization, you should receive your order within 3 to 4 business days from the date it is shipped.
- Once orders are approved, they normally ship within 48 hours pending availability. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Some orders may take longer if a specific product shipment is due to arrive. Orders will ship out immediately after product becomes available. This delay should only take 2-3 days to ship.
- We process all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
- We ship all orders out of Miami, FL. If your shipping address is a Florida address, you can expect your package a bit earlier.
PO Boxes & PO/FPO or U.S. Territories
- We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.
- We ship internationally via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Shipping is calculated by the weight of the items in your cart. Approximate shipping costs are between $5.00 and $30.00.
- International shipments take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive to the customer, depending on destination.
- USPS International Standard Shipping is the cheapest method, HOWEVER:
- USPS International Standard Shipping does not have signature confirmation. It only has online tracking information. All of our packages have arrived to their destination safely - but in the case that a situation arises, the customer will have to contact their local USPS to come to a solution. The buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method.
- FUROR MODA is not responsible for duties and taxes once order has arrived to the destination. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes, if any, in order to receive the package.
- USPS International Standard Shipping is the cheapest method, HOWEVER:
- USPS International Standard Shipping only has online tracking information, not signature confirmation, and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. The buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method.
Where do you ship from?
- All orders are processed and shipped from Miami, FL.
- We want you to love your purchase! If you are dissatisfied with anything you ordered, you have 7 days (from the day you received the order) to return the item(s) back to us.
- All returns must be previously approved. Please email email@example.com for return confirmation and we will happily send you a Returns Form.
- Please include a copy of the Returns form in your return package. All items must be returned in the original unwashed, unworn and unaltered condition with tags attached and protected by the original or some other form of plastic.
- All goods will be inspected thoroughly. Any items not in original condition (unwashed, unworn, uncared for, tags not attached) will be sent back to you. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the goods and process a return within 5 business days.
- All packages should contain a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
- Any items returned without previous approval could be denied or subject to a 30% restocking fee. The fee will be subtracted from your refund. If you would like to us to ship the item back to you, you must pay the return shipping to you. We will hold the items for 5 business days, and then we will automatically issue a refund minus the 30% restocking fee if:
- We do not hear from the customer.
- The customer decides they don't want the item shipped back to them.
- Refunds do not include original shipping fee or the refund shipping fee.
- We do not accept returns on purses, handbags or clutches. If they must be returned, 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. Once bags are returned they must be repackaged and sent to the warehouse. If the returned purse cost $30.00, you will only receive a $21.00 refund (-$9.00 restocking fee of 30%)
We accept returns on pretty much everything, but not on the following:
1 - Anything purchased on sale or on a special discount (discount code, daily sale, flash sale, etc). You could be eligible for store credit depending on the special discount. All items in the SALE section are final sale.
2 - Vintage items due to their limited and rare nature, unless they have been misrepresented or damaged.
3 – Jewelry (for safety and hygienic reasons)
4 - Bodysuits, Swimwear or Intimates
We only receive returns on vintage items if the item was misrepresented on the website regarding sizing or special notes about the aging of the piece. We thoroughly check and measure each item before it is sent to you. Refer to the Fit Guide to make sure you find the right fit for you!
What happens when the incorrect shipping address has been given?
- Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to change the address BEFORE the order has shipped. If the order has shipped, we must wait for the package to be returned in order to reship. The customer will need to pay the $5.00 shipping fee again.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
- If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us because it was undeliverable, there is a 15% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible to providing a complete and correct mailing address for all orders. If we ship an item and it gets returned due to an insufficient address (wrong address, wrong zip code, missing apartment or suite number, etc), the customer is responsible for the additional shipping in order to reship the item back. The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue and we will email you a prepaid shipping label in order to return the unworn item with tags attached. Once we receive the return package, we will inspect the contents and process a refund. FUROR MODA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for USPS Overnight or Express or any kind of FedEx or UPS shipping.
How long before I receive a refund?
Returns can take up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam. It will be refunded in the same manner you made the payment. No cash or check refunds available.

• No refunds. FUROR MODA will issue a store credit / exchange on items purchased with a voucher within 21 days of purchase. All return shipping and exchange order shipping is responsibility of the customer. Free shipping only on first order with redeemed voucher.
• Free shipping on all domestic orders placed with a R29 Shops voucher.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed in full. When you purchase a ‘Spend $50 Get $80’ voucher, your subtotal at checkout on www.furormoda.com must equal at least $80 in order for the code to be valid to activate your discount. No credits will be issued for partial use.
• Only 1 voucher per customer.
