Where do you get your clothes from?

Everywhere! Each piece, whether new or vintage, is carefully chosen for the Furor Moda Online Boutique. The vintage pieces come from all parts of the US, as we scavenger through vintage and thrift stores as well as estate sales and inheritances. New pieces are purchased from distributors from all parts of the world. Together, they come to complete the FUROR aesthetic and serve the fashion minded individual.

 

What do I need to know about purchasing Vintage clothing?

Preowned. Preworn. Preloved. 

However you like it to call it, vintage clothing contains a lot of charm and history, which sometimes tends to be visible on the pieces.

We strive to find very unique pieces in the best condition possible. But when purchasing vintage clothing, please be aware of the slight imperfections it might have and of it’s sometimes aged look.  

Keep in mind that garment sizing from 10 to 30 years ago may not necessarily be the same as today. That is why we carefully measure each piece so you can find your best fit. You can refer to the Sizing section to see how we measure each and every piece.  

Also, each item is inspected for any defects it may have, and will be clearly noted and described for you in the item details.

What sizes do you carry?

At FUROR, we carry a variety of sizes and we are continually working on expanding that variety. Depending on distributors and stores, some items are only in one size, typically fitting a Small or Medium. Some Furor pieces are a very comfortable, modern and free flowing style in which one piece can fit a Small all the way up to a large, depending on the specific fit you are looking for.  We carry a large selection of sizes for our vintage pieces, due to the diversity of each piece.

 

What does Final Sale mean?

If an item description states that the item is a Final Sale that means there are no returns or exchanges on that specific item. Final Sale items include sale items, accessories like jewelry and bags, as well as vintage items.

 

Why can’t I use a coupon on my order?

We are in the process of integrating coupons so we can offer special offers and deals for you. We will let you know when they are available.

 

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped directly from our headquarters in Miami, FL.

 

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via USPS. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders will usually ship the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

 

How much is shipping?

We offer a $5 Flat Rate Shipping for domestic ground shipped orders. Please check the shipping section for further details and  

Most orders ship within 48 hours. We process orders Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. If you request next day delivery service, please place the order by 12 PM Eastern Time to ensure same day shipping.

We currently do not deliver to international destinations but we are working on doing so soon.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on new items within 30 days of the order transaction. So if your order was made on a Monday, and we shipped it 24-48 hours later, and you would receive it 3-5 days later, the return must still be postmarked 30 days or less from that Monday that the order was made. We are sorry but we do not accept returns on vintage items due to their limited and rare nature. We only receive returns on vintage items if the item was incorrectly described on the website like sizing or special notes about the aging of the piece. And these vintage items must be postmarked 48 hours from the moment of delivery. We thoroughly check and measure each item before it is sent to you. Refer to the Sizing Guide to make sure you find the right fit for you!

 

How can I be a part of the FUROR MODA referral program?

FUROR MODA offers a reward program for referring customers to purchase at our site. There will be a form available in order to notify us of the individual that was referred by  you to FUROR MODA. Once that form has been filled out during the check out process, we will keep track of your referrals.  For example, with one referred purchase, you receive 25% off any purchase, not including taxes and shipping costs. With a second client referred, you receive an additional 25% adding up to 50% off, and so on. Once you have reached 4 referrals, you get to choose an item under $40 at no cost, not including taxes and shipping costs. But at any time before the 4 referrals, you may redeem your referral credits. For you to receive the referral rewards, the referred client purchasing, MUST fill out the form during checkout and notify us who referred them. The purchases must come from distinct individuals, not one client purchasing repeatedly. FUROR MODA will keep track and notify the client via email of their referral rewards.
